Summary:
This position is primarily responsible for ensuring all information is updated in a timely manner and communicating with customers to ensure we are providing excellent service. Processing service requests, maintaining the daily schedule, keeping database up to date with all necessary information. Following through on all jobs to ensure accuracy from start to finish to assure completion and satisfaction. Documents, notes, update account, tracking, in Restore and other databases as applicable and needed. Performing routine clerical and administrative functions such as drafting correspondence, scheduling appointments, organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files, or providing information to callers by performing the following duties.
Pay: $10-14/ hr- based on experience, qualifications, and performance.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
· Serves as the contact point and liaison for accounts
· Communicate effectively on a daily/ as needed basis to accounts and co-workers.
· Operates office equipment such as fax machines, copiers, and phone systems, and use computers for spreadsheet, word processing, database management, and other applications.
· Answers telephones and give information to callers, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals.
· Maintains records and consolidates information for the weekly goals report. Prints reports when completed.
· Greets visitors and callers, handle their inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate persons according to their needs.
Screens & schedules all assessments. Enters into database and follows up on progress.
· Sets up and maintain paper and electronic filing systems for records, correspondence, and other materials
· Locates and attaches appropriate files to incoming correspondence requiring replies.
· Sends important time sensitive material by email and text.
· Types and emails all proposal agreements.
· Completes forms in accordance with company procedures.
· Maintain materials/paperwork for field staff and assist office staff with any requests.
· Makes copies of correspondence and other printed material.
· Monitors progress of D. R jobs and then calls homeowners to schedule visits and ensure they are satisfied at all times.
· Reviews work done by others to check for correct spelling and grammar, ensure that company format policies are followed, and recommend revisions.
· Composes, types, and distributes meeting notes, routine correspondence, and reports.
